Tal situa\u00e7\u00e3o requer a inser\u00e7\u00e3o de uma c\u00e2nula, um tubo oco fino, atrav\u00e9s de uma pequena incis\u00e3o. A c\u00e2nula \u00e9 movida para tr\u00e1s e para frente num movimento controlado para soltar o excesso de gordura, a qual \u00e9, ent\u00e3o, removida do corpo por meio de suc\u00e7\u00e3o a v\u00e1cuo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00e9cnicas de excis\u00e3o s\u00e3o recomendadas para a remo\u00e7\u00e3o dos tecidos glandulares mam\u00e1rios, assim corrigindo a ginecomastia. A excis\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria se a ar\u00e9ola precisar ser reduzida, ou o mamilo reposicionado para se obter um contorno natural.
