Em seguida,\u00a0ocorre a redistribui\u00e7\u00e3o da gordura facial at\u00e9 a papada e o pesco\u00e7o. Os m\u00fasculos\u00a0s\u00e3o elevados, e os tecidos subjacentes reposicionados nas camadas mais profundas da pele.
